i should be excited and nervous, but i have also worry, i have lots of thoughts now and then, such as when i return what i need to start to do, the cleaning, how is the place there and many, many more, then yesterday after playing bowling with sora, she told me about a horrifying thing, which is in australia there is a deadly ant that has been seen scattered in many areas, it;s truely deadly and dangerous, should be said poisionous, i can't not be scared of the supernatural beings, rats that mostly lady scared, but what i worry and scared most is bugs such as bees that stings, and many many more bugs. however, i will definitely keep hypnotizing myself that it is going to be fine.

about the chalet that we did for shixin was fun, as we end up talking about sleeping position as well as certain personal issues which is really interesting, just a talk about the chalet, the place wasn't really good as i think, it is hard to sleep, the swimming pool has pressure that will result in headache once out of the water, really bad, made me dizzy and feeling the distortion for a few seconds, thinking that i am going to be down, the pizza that we eat at night was great, maybe next time i am going to use pizza as the main dish for every gathering we had. we did not went to escape nor the wild wild wet there as we find it boring, since we have been there a few times and roughly know what are we going to play with, actually i really prefer the jurong swimming complex rather that the one at downtown east.

yesterday was shi xin's flight to beijing early morning, we did as she said which is not to send her off, but actually i really want to send her off, nevermind...
me and sora bought her figs to eat and also created a board for her.
she left singapore at 8 plus in the morning.

next, talk about yesterday's bowling with sora, it is so fun, too bad because my nails keeping falling off when playing and sora hand's keep trembling, so we end up playing only 2 games, but it was a good fun, my standard dropped alot, the playing of bowling remind me the days that my home tutor bought me and my young brother[when he is so cute] to play, we always spare, and also the accumulated points can be up to hundreds some times... next time when we going to play again i am going to bring more people and try to score more, also remember to bring shi xin along,and the rest to play.

now i kept listening to the latest songs from various korean group bands, such as SNSD, F CUZ, 2AM, KARA, TiARA, and more... there are some really good MV and revolution in the groups, such as KARA, they improved alot and changed... F CUZ, in the previous song they sing such as JIGGY, was not so up to my standard, but their new song "NO ONE" was not bad, they seems to have improvement, and next the most surprising, and now my number 1 favourite for all the changes is 2AM, the latest MV on their new song " I DID/WAS WRONG" was very good and a very good evolution from their soft, low tempo ballad, to a sort of pop, ballad, upbeat song, it was a good and i like it alot[ jin jai ma men te rou]...

bad things starts coming up and up for this year,
first of all is my classmate, now is my uncle,
he now is still lying in hospital, still unconscious...

however, i decide to live my life to the fullest,
recently i starts to fell in love with korean stuffs, such as drama, songs, idols and even their make ups.
use much of my hongbao money and bought a 2nd hand 2g 8gb ipod touch, as i really want to replace my mp4,
tomorrow there will be a chalet for shi xin's departure to beijing for her 5 months attachement, too bad ah qian cannot make it...
nvm... bcuz QIAN say that she definitely coming to send shi xin to beijing and me to australia from the airport,
after the chalet, i will post things that happen during the small chalet that we book^.^...
for the meantime, i just want to say this holiday is a mad holiday, i got so much work to do[ brisbane project, PD and even maybe the upcoming FYP], i even got other thing which is importantly DRIVING, i am having a test on 9 of march and is chiong-ing for a good result, i am now able to drive quite well, but still as usual stuck at the circuit at times... thus, more practice is needed all the way till 9 of march 12pm, when the test ended.
as for PD, i really need to work hard, i feel that i am so far at the back.
as for the brisbane project, i think that is quite planned but need alot of work in typing and coming out with the shoots details and list....

but mostly, tomorrow, i will work and have fun with my darlings and also chiong all the way till.........

2nd of feb 2010,
i lost a friend whom have been with me for my year 2 semester 2,
the sudden news strike before my practical exam for production practicum,
i cried hard[ i am the type of person whom seldom cry in public and even when my relatives passed on i will only cry for a day and stop], however, i cried for days and days, my eyes were red and swollen...
the memories with her suddenly kept appearing in front of me these few days after she have passed on,
remember how we met,
remember her messages that she send me,
remember before every EOF lesson she will always message me in the morning to ask what to bring for lesson,
we even took bus 169 to yishun together before,
we even ate together with her friends at break for a few times,
she even passed some flu to me before, making me feel sick
i always remember she will always buy cheese tofu and dory fish from the canteen E1 as snacks...
she loves to eat grill fish to and always left the mash potato untouch...
we even most of the times leave the class last together....
she likes to draw anime characters and print stacks and stacks of notes....
we even talk about some personal issues,
i will always ask her to hurry up packing her stuffs shouting "ah ji, faster leh, ai kia mai..."
now, i have no more chance to hurry her to pack her stuffs, and even view her works that she drew,
even a day before her accident, we were the last ones in class, i was even hurrying her to pack her stuffs, and wait for her to leave the room together, but because my friend yu shan was waiting at the library enterance i have no choice but to say "ah ji, 我朋友在楼下等我，我先走了，see u on monday..."
and that was our last conversation ever...
now looking at the videos that james had made, and the class photo with E24D, my eyes will start to be red...
i visited her wake on the 5th of feb, after that i reached home, but after the next day when i wake up my mind starts to be filled with her images, her words, the moments.... i still don't believe she leave because the memories still ringing in my head, so clear....
on the last day of her wake which was on the 7th feb, i was not manage to go to her wake because i don't want to start weeping in front of her relatives...
because of her, i was so not myself for these few days... even when i am doing my work, i can't even focus well...
i even stop listening to "ring ding dong" for some days, as the day before she leave, i listen to ring ding dong from her laptop's itune...
it is totally a cruel news...
i think time is definitely something i need now, to cure the lost i have....

thank you for those who wished me on my birthday, before and after my birthday...
i am glad to say that i am 19 now, but what is so special of being 19, my god-brother tell me that being 19 just shows that you are becoming more mature... so am i...
to celebrate me and sora-chan birthday which falls on just 2 days difference, her's fall on 10 january and mine falls on the 12 january.... we went to have our dinner at compass point ajisen , however the experience there was shocking.... our legs were touched and pulled by unknown forces.... sora felt pulling, while i feel that there is the unknown force touching my legs.... that makes us to speed up in eating....
after that we left for alley bar at orchard which sora intends to go to celebrate her birthday.... we ordered cocktails and sora ordered an extra cheap awesome wine...
after the drink, the effect was a bit weird, as usual sora got a black lips and my whole face and neck was red, because of the heavy liquar in the cocktail and the wine sora drank...
just to say about the atmosphere of the bar, it suits more to sora that me....
after the drink, we talk a walk by the orchard streets to far east to take bus back home....
i think that it is one of the birthday that was weird and good....

i am still in the mid of doing my portfolio, and managing the upcoming events at my home.... AHHHHHHHH

recently, i was trying to get some gag during this period to rid of my stress, i found a good Korean variety show that has been aired already in the beginning of the year or before that.... it is known as the good daddy, there are certain episodes that i love it so much, i will post it up...

yesterday, me and ai yuan went to the museum to look at the Egyptian exhibition... it was unexpectedly good and seem to have receive a lot of good response for the exhibition... the aura there was strong but up-most it suits ai yuan taste... we have fun there and exploration as well... i will insert a pyramid origami instruction that we have done there...
i still have many works that need to be finish before 4 Jan and 7 Jan, one is the portfolio review and before the end date i have to complete my work in research and also planning the process of work as well, as before the poly reopen i also need to get the other module individual project done, such as EOF i still have to finish a sketch and also another project that i need to decide among the few options given, one is a photo collage, a re-design of grid layout of 2 magazine pages, create a full color poster based on gestalt principles, Create 150 thumbnail drawings on any chosen object/subject, stop motion. this are the choices given, till now i am still in the mid of decision....
other than work, i am also trying to do what holidays are meant to be, such as going out to shop and have fun with darlings and friends.especially i am excited about going to shi xin's poly restaurant to eat and also to be able to organize the next event at my house which is COUNTDOWN FOR THE NEW YEAR CELEBRATION ....

To my readers, sorry for not being updating for the past few months due to works, driving lessons, some personal issues as well as portfolios[ although i am still working in it]

Lots of activities have been going on, so I will use pictures and photographs taken and uploaded to the blog to update on the several events happen these few months, of course, in certain events during these period, I have said to forget about taking photos but just having fun…. be mindful that the photos and pictures are not in order

First we start with what happen when the holiday starts….

As I was chosen by the Singapore general hospital at outrum to work as a temporary clerk at the visitor registration counter, it is tiring, busy and unexpecting counter, as one will not know that what will happen on the day of work or what visitors will you be registering for…. Of course, for the rest of the details to me are mean to be confidential for both of the visitors and my colleagues there, however it has been fun to have more friends and learn more sides of human, which is an interesting side for me, as I always likes to view things differently from the others. For my first day of work I already met with problems, with the visitors who having difficulty obeying the rules, and this makes me feel …., so when I got home the first thing I told my mum is whenever in the future she is going to visit patients in hospital and people ask her to obey the rule then obey, because this will create trouble for the workers there, and make them feel that it is not their fault but why are the burdening this to themselves.

Working there is definitely different from the Penang hawker fair that I miss my fellow Penang friends working there, but I learnt more about services and customer’s relation, and this broaden my views much much more. There I me nice colleagues and supervisors or leaders, too many to name them, but will state the important ones.

Firstly, the first leader I met was Helen, next Rosalind, Derek, Monica. These are the supervisors that helped me throughout my work and taught me many things, I also have so call “form” my own gang of friends cum colleagues there an example will be clarance, rujun and of course my friend or nearly 7 years, Xiao qian, we often go out and eat after work and even drink together in chalet. [sadly no pictures were taken, but if there is any can anyone of you donate it to me]It was really fun being with them.

During the days of work was heavy and fun, but during rest day, It was more even tough but great as I only have 1 day off a week, thus my timetable will be that I am free for 1 day a week, meaning I have less time in doing my own stuffs, I believe that this is part of the reason why I am unable to do updates, as during off days I would always love to spend my time going out with friends hanging out to relax.

Now, let’s talk about the portfolio and the dream of what I want to be after achieving DMN in republic poly. Right now, I am doing research for my portfolio, doing a research on tarot and even view other people’s portfolio and learn from them, this will take me some time. As my dream is to be a broadcast journalism after I got this diploma, it creates a more challenge for me in my portfolio, meaning I have to do something related to broadcast, live documentaries, and guess what I am going to create a brand new tarot card and a new media product, therefore a lot of work will be involved and I will have lesser time in updating the blog than usual.

On 14^th November, me and one of my best click sora, went to watch the movie” my girlfriend is an agent, the movie was totally loud and hilarious, upon how a guy and a girl separated because the girl is an agent and she has no choice but to lie to him, they broke up, but 3 years later, the guy returned and not long he too became an agent known as “harimao”, meaning the fearless tiger, which is known as the rookie agent in the agent industry. While his previous girlfriend is a high ranked agent, her girlfriend is more skilled than he is, who always either don’t work like an agent or being m messed up, what brought their fate once again together was a project where both agents were recruited to capture a Russian company that is buying viruses from Korean professor and trying to set the whole in danger. In the mid of the project they both suspect each other as one of the bad companies due to their tailing and some ways of misunderstanding, what brings them together when they knew that they both were heading towards one enemy was that the guy help the girl that he loved blocked the bullet, and in the end they become together and even married [I think soooo]… in this movie there is several hilarious parts, such as the male and the female on the phone in Japanese, and many more.

On several days I will just as usual goes to Sora’s house to discuss about the activities that we are doing, at times we will stay at her house make rice balls, sushi and also other stuffs, there were even times when I stay at her house for days, it was fun.

On 26^th November, we have our once again long time no see x-synthesis club meeting, i took photos of me and yu shan and also anthony the club's president and the most important thing is also that i forget to take zane's photo ahhhh..... after the meeting, me and yu shan went to suntec convention hall for a portfolio exhibition, took quite a number of photos there and also seen many good works of portfolio and also seen many good creation, an example is the within the photos which is the bag and the creative clock. after viewing the exhibition we went for dinner at citylink, we went to a restaurant known as the niwa sushi shop, the shop did serves good bentou and also sushis, we order bentou's for ourselves and also a salmon salad. we did have fun and also we have not met for long, thus we are are like playing around like mad and also laughters seems to follow us as the days goes by.

On 27th november, me, shi xin, sora went for an outing, we went to dhoby xchange for lunch at just acia, we have alot of fun while eating, after that we went to plaza singapura for shopping, we bought quite a number of things, as sora was tired she left as me and shi xin went on travelling to ang mokio and hougang, we all bought quite a number of things as we belief that in the future we all will have difficulty shopping as time for us seems to be running fast and leaving us with lesser and lesser time, after the trip i seems to be spending about more than a hundred bucks for that day.... but i didn't regret because i feel that it was a fulfilling for me.

On 30th november, i went to ubi driving centre straight after school to register for practical driving test, and sad to say only 8.25am and 9 of march is available and i can only choose that as my day for test.

Tomorrow will be the day of my field trip, i am gettiing excited. and more importantly this following saturday and sunday i will be back at malaysia and thinking of meeting my cute nephews makes me looking more forward for that day of arrival.

THINGS SEEMS TO HAVE GOING UP AND DOWN FOR ME.... BUT I WILL CONTINUE AND PUNCH ON...

was glad ans shock that each and everyone of us has new changes in look and new differences....

talk to brian alot about the plannings in future....

and was glad that he planned so far ahead if his life....

as for kee wei he has not much changes just that he ahs a better hairstyle when we saw him and he is more into solo picture....

they have indeed grown alot....

about the movie, it was good but i agree to brian that the movie ends abruptly....

because of the last harry potter, which is the harry potter and the deathly hallows....

but i believe that we have to wait for another year or 2 before the last movie of harry potter is being released....

in the movie, we saw how was the principal of hogwarts,Albus Dumbledore who is being killed, what harry did for the new year in hogwarts as well as what does the dark magic did....

when the principal died, i heard lots of people crying....

after the movie, we went to the biggest hawker centre in AMK for dinner and after that we walk seperate ways....

but i think that in future call this guys along for agathering will be fun....

because from this event i had a better understanding of both guys as well as good memories of them....

as for driving, i first enticipated in my 1st lesson, i was in a panic, but with the great help of the instructor i was able to at least accomplish something.... but after the 1st lesson i am having weak-legs because i was not use to it... but i think that in the upcoming future, i will be able to control better....

recently, there is also bad things that have come up but it is resolved after sleeping talking to sora as well as getting out with friends.... thanks for them to be by my side, understad me, help me....

I am so glad to know them, i think i will depend alot more on them rather than myself, but i think i will trsut them^^

it was really hot that day, bought alot of drinks to cool down, sora made sandwich, kelly made mash potato and yan wei made nuggets so that all of us can picnic there...

we left at 7 plus in the evening...

last sunday me and sora went off to join in the 炳翰疯狂榴莲团 organize by my parents, i must thanks sora for the accompany and hope that she had fun there...

due to the eatting of too much of durian i was being very heaty for the past few days, therefore, i was drinking herbal tea for past few days as well...

to me i think that the trip will be better without the guide whom keeps on speaking on the way, due to her around i was not able to sleep peacefully...>,<

but i like the part where i have bought what i wanted a cap, it help me in the trip and prevent me from the direct sunlight radiation to my head...

recently, i am busy with the upcoming final theory driving test, hope that i will get a direct pass from the test...

about the H1N1, i feel that the more if i were to panic the more means that the more i am fearful of the virus then the more easy that i will lose out, so i am acting as calm as i am in times...

not long, i am going to apply for PDL and i am going to aim for a direct pass in driving and to get a license as soon as possible so that it will not hinder my other studies as well...

recently participated in the class BBQ, it was quite fun but i couldn't ton with them because my body starts to portray effects such as toes cramping and a bit difficult in breathing so i decide to go home...

they bought alot of food, in the end we could not finish the food and i decide to request to take some food home, as there was too much food left...

forget to tell you that my new class this semester is E24J, is a class with a bunch of jokers, gay, as well as disgusting fellows who talks about obscene stuffs...

have a good trip... Tanya... tanya is our facilitator for history of arts module, however she needs to move to live in macau and she has taken the flight on this thuesday to macau, the new facilitator will be coming, hope that she is as nice as tanya does^^

recently rewatch one of my favourite anime, XXXHOLIC, i like all the characters in there, without all te characters the story could not be so interesting,mystery and nice...

i am having vacation now, however i have to return to school almost everyday for a briefing for the 2nd international symposium which will be held at our poly, i have 2 types of post at this symposium, registration and presentation helpers, and i need to wake at 5am almost everyday for the symposium, and the attire is something which is hard for me... as for this event we cannot wear tight pants and skinny jeans but dark long pants which i don't really have dark long untight jeans or pants... so i have to think like mad on what type of pants should i wear for this event...
got to go, today i will be playing badminton with sora as well as an overnight at her house... ja ne

back to school on the 20th april...
a new class, new learnings and a need for new adaptation to the new environment and new people around me...
ya... my class now is E24J... it is quite a class where lots of jokers as well as male students instead of females...
i and i am glad that some juniors and my godbro is in the same poly... however due to the difference in years as well as module, i was not able meet them for lunch as well as to go home together...
saturday was vesak day, as usual i scheduled my badminton session with ai yuan, after playing badminton, i went home and start preparing my baggage to malaysia as well as my dress code for the family dinner with my dad's relatives before the malaysia trip...
was glad to see my cousin as well as my nephew=eugene, as well as my aunt then we set off to visit the other relatives...
comparing the weather there, singapore is much more cooler, suppose to go to mother's day dinner in malaysia wit my aunt and the rest of the relatives on sunday but due to the jam in the traffic at custom we decide to set off before the dinner back home to singapore... it is quite a sad thing because i miss the seafood in malaysia...
next time i will surely have a longer stay there especially bringing sora along...^^

last week, we booked a chalet at the netheravon chalet, me and sora planned the whole thing and organize it as well...

finally yesterday, the chalet begins, it was a very successful one, everyone sems to enjoy themselves, thanks to david, jerry and xiao yan, those of whom have come and help out...

yesterday we set off at 2pm, set off by taxi to the chlaet, when we reached there we started clearing and preparing but we found out that we were too early, so i decided to start with dying my hair with the solution and cream that i have bought before the chalet, with shi xin's help we successfully dyed my hair... not loong xiao yan and the others came, and not long we started the bbq...

we cooked food such as kebab,satay, stingray, prawns as well as hotdogs on the pit, to our astonishment we found out that instead of alot of people is bbqing, lots of cats are lying around, and i am so angry with the cats when they snatch our food, i think yesterday there were nearly 20 plus cats lying around waiting for food, the cats even climb onto the table to snatch the food... i went of taking my shoes and throwing it at them...

the whole lot of us drink the wime, i thik yesterday i drank the least amount, because recently i found out that my body is getting weaker due to the weather as well as the imbalance diet...

we started clearing at 11 plus, after lots of chit chat, after sending xiao yan, david and jerry, we when into the living room and the 4 of us queue up to bath... after bathing, we sat down for a small talk, i think i was the last one to sleep, becuase i chat with shi in until 1.30am...

the next day we woke up at 8am, started clearing as well as preparing breakfast...

after breakfast and payments we set of to the beach...

we took some photos on the seaside platform and left...

i reached home at 1 plus, it was a hectic and tired day, but i believe that it was the most fun and enjoyable day in the holidays that i have spent...

the second picture is taken right the next sday after my last day of work at the penang hawker fare in york hotel, the first thing that we did is to go to eat sakae sushi...

after that i brought the penang friend[tangguo]around for some shopping as well as to the singapore beautiful river night at clark quay....

the first picture, is taken at one fo my father's friend house... i often went to their house to swim, and sometimes i will call the kids down to play... this little girl on the right of the picture is tian ren, he is very cute, clever, as well as playful... the thing he likes to do the most is to eat and play...

recently i went back to work in penang buffet at york hotel...
and i have to work till the penang buffet has finish which is the end of march...
i have to work every night till then...
this time i only work in the night shift...

i also recently heard about jolin's tsai new CD and got excited to see how the CD is like...
as i like her dance... she is one of the star dancer which i really like her dance alot... i feel that her dance steps are all full of power which will make people feel like learning her way of dancing...

yesterday, me and ai yuan bought a bottle of wine and salmon sashimi for our 2 people party at her house...
after bathing, we start drinking the red wine that we have bought from Fair Price[Bruce Murray from Australia]
both of us nearly drank the whole and after drinking we both felt hot and giddy...
then we starts to have personal talks to one another...
and i vomited in the middle of the night... after vomiting, we took photos, which i think that it contains all my disgusting photos...
however, i feel so contented and a sense of freshness after the drink...
i am sure that next time, i want to call people like shi xin, xiao qian, etc... to drink, and this makes me look forward to book a chalet where we ladies can have fun together... it will be really fun then...

the next day, we woke up with a sense of freshness, after having breakfast, we watched videos as well as searched for recipe for lunch...
and we decide to have okonomiyaki, which is Japanese pancake for lunch...[which means that i am capable of making okonomiyaki and korean pancake now^^]
right after dinner we change into our clothes, and went out to shop, not long it was time for dinner, and thus, i had my dinner at ai yuan's house...
but before the dinner we took some shots...[which are the pictures above]
the 2day 1night at ai yuan house, including drinking were WONDERFUL

although, i vomited and we disturbed other people in their sleep...

last day of school the whole class already went into holiday mood not much people is in for studying and listening to the class.
the whole class was slacking all the way...
however, the class on that day was really fun, we picnic in the class but i was sick so i was not able to picnic with them...
after the picnic, the whole class was in a mess...
then after lesson we took class photo with the facilitator and then we have photo-taking fun till 4 plus before i go and meet my mum...
although it was the last day of school and last day of semester before vacation but it was as if yesterday...
i will never forget E35D...

happy CNY!!!!!
it was the first day of chinese new yr...
and here will definitely be a need to go to relatives house for new year greetings....
on the first day of CNY my family will go to the father's side of his family for new year greetings before going to the mother side on thhe second day of new year...
on this festival, gambling for me seems to be a must...
however, i always gamble small in order to win money and also that when i lost money it will not be too much...
so at the end of the first day of chinese new year i used one dollar to win $16...
hehe...
then after that we went to the last destination of the year to pay respect to my dad's friends...
which is at ting's house, in her house all the families gathered to take photos...
it was fun looking at others take photo...
we take photos till 2 plus in the middle of the night before going home to pack our bags for the malaysia new year greeting in the noon...

went to malaysia as usual, we set off in the noon, with the things that we need to bring to malaysia for the relatives...
as ai yuan and my others friend got schol the next day i was not able t bring them alng as i always wanted to...
but it was always enjoyablr to go back...
because i love all my relatives there...
we spend a night there before coming back sigapore in the night...
i still remember clearly that before coming back to singapore at night we were brought by our relatives to a restraunt for dinner, the food there was really good, i sat beside my aunt's husband, and i really regret sitting beside him after that, because he keep giving me food and the most surprising thing is that he ordered 11 big dishes... in the end we will stuffed like mad by him[aunt's husband]...
i swear that i will sit beside my cousin next time or the same incident will happen again..

i went to work with xiao tian[xiao qian twin sis] in York's holiday during holidays as well as in weekends to earn extra bucks for my new year clothes as well as new year accessories...
i feel that working in the York's hotel with different post is really different...
as i work as a server in the penang buffet, everyone there was nice, helpful and hardworking, i even have snacks make by the hawker there...[delicious] especially is the rojak with have full of water chestnut requested by me...
i also work for another post which is the banquet server, it was so different from the buffet, the manager was strict and very fierce. the most important thing is that i met a very difficult to dealt with customer. i was serving at the corner of the banquet and at that few tables the customers were the most difficult to serve.
one of the customer say that he wanted wine[the whole bottle] but the manger said that we cannot put the whole bottle of wine on the table, and the customers there was quite demanding, they can drink coke, 7 up, Chinese tea,red wine, white wine and beer per person...
not only that when the food was serve to them they did not even touch it at all, and when we were ready to serve the next dish we asked them whether they want to clear the present dish as the new one is coming up and they say no, most importantly is that after nearly 30 Min's the dish which was serve long ago was still not eaten and they still don't want to clear, and when they want to clear the food were cold and when it was carried into the kitchen all the workers there was surprise upon seeing the food left, because of this the manager thought that we don't want to clear away the food, then he don't believe that the customers don't let us clear the food and stand by our side to observe us, and when he found out the truth, he go away. then when the customer who keep wanting wine bottle on his table found out that it was the manager said no to him, he become very pervert and put his hands on my shoulder and immediately walk away...
that was my bad experience in York's, hope that in future when i serve i will not see those customers in future...

yesterday went to snow city and science centre with ai yuan to celebrate our birthday...
first me and AI yuan went to amk to eat the teppayaki there it cost us $8.20 each, then we travel our way to science centre and snow city, first to science centre, we had take some photos and also explore the exhibits there, quite fun. then we go to snow city, the place there was -5 to -9 degree Celsius...
it was fun when coming to sliding and snow bomb but i think that the place was still considered to be too small...

happy birthday to yan wei, sora and me... i am happy to say that we are the january babies...

we were in-charge of tearing the ticket as well as taking care of the door...

i heard from yee min also that the NIE youth band is temporary shutting down...
and we will be temporary joining the main band...
and the next practice starts from 2 weeks onwards...

yesterday i went to eat the most filling temple dinner ever...

the first dishwhich was the appetizer, already have abalone in it...
every dish tastes not bad...

after the dinner i went to ting's house to celebrate Christmas with them...

what happen last last week till last week

lots of things happen, however due to the upcoming test and tiredness after coming home from the activities i was not able to post any...
however today i intend to post all the happenings to me within these two weeks

Friday[24/10]
it is shi xin's birthday today...
after meeting 3 i immediately rush back home to prepare the steamboat party...
yes, me and ai yuan had thought of planning a cheap steamboat and the only wayt o make it cheap is to have the party at home...
after much decision, we decide to held it in my house...
we bought the ingredients the days before the party...
finally the day comes...
when i reach home after lesson, i immediately start to clean up the house with the help of listening to music at the same time...
after cleaning xiao qian and Gladys came with a small cake and their gifts...
ai yuan soon reach after that and help out with the preparation...
to give shi xin a surprise i gave a white lie saying that we are going to eat prata to celebrate her birthday and meet me at my house downstairs, then i send xiao qian to tell her that i am late again and i told them to come up and meet me instead...
i think that the surprise was a small one as well as the cake given by xiao qian and Gladys because it seems to be expected by her...
the later night we played hotel 626, a ghost web game introduce by one of my classmates, after playing they went home...
however shi xin promise me that she is going to spend her Saturday night and i was glad.

after finishing with my work, i went home...
shi xin came to my house at night...
we watched 2 movies, one from japan known as the myuu no papa NE ageru[ act by domouji in Hana yori dango] it is a sad story however a very touching one as well...
the next movie is a Korean movie 100 days with mr arrogant[ a funny and disgusting movie in the beginning however quite touching in the near end of the movie]
we slept at nearly 3 am...

me and shi xin wake up at nearly 2pm...
and we decide that after shi xin went home to prepare for a while before we set off to hougang mall to buy a bag for my camp, however to our disappointment that couldn't find any so does shi xin...
we went home after that, so to go to my relative's wedding dinner and also shi xin had to research for her homework...
the wedding dinner was held at one of the Singapore's grand hotel[CARLTON]...
the wedding is grand however the food to me is not very up to the standard...

Wednesday[29/10]
i went to the CAMP u n i in my dad's car to school...
after the registration i was put to team 14...
i make friends with the team members...
the team leader was really like the 3 days of my father cum mother...
he is a third year students of the science school...
the first day of camp was fun...
i tried out games which i never tried before...
my team mates were great...
and i dance the mass dance for the first time...
i also met lots of great and nice people...

Thursday[30/10]
wake up at 8pm and waited for the program of the day to start after the wash-up...
after the wash-up we had games all around the school...
i played 3 games which is the sock game[nice however dangerous],the mother hen and chick game[fierce], the other is the caterpillar game which i have played before in my secondary camp...
after that lunch, dance and bath then the...
NIGHT HALLOWEEN DISCO PARTY starts...
Fabian dressed as a tree and with his other friends which are wearing the mask of terror , scared the widths out of people as they stand at the exit of the escalator... ha ha and a lady which exits at the escalator with two full packs of grocery nearly drop her bags... the whole camp people laugh when they saw that...
Fabian only get back when the camp speaker say so...
after the games of Halloween the party goes on till midnight...
i danced half-way as i feel that there is no fun without any people dancing together with me...
this is when i came out of the hall and meet my other team mates...
we talk about the night trail as well as the experiences that i have with the spirits, not long the party ends as the happy times ends fast...

we played amazing race...
our team went to vivo, fort canning, raffles and back to woodlands...
to have a final finish of the game...
it was fun, tired and exciting as we are fighting with the time and other things...
after the games, we have mass dance competition and not to long i call my father to send me home after i filled up the forms...
the camp wa really fun, hope to attend it again and by the next time i don't want to attend the camp as a participant however as a leader...

this is what i did during the two weeks it is really enjoying however part of my holidays were occupied by the activities...

it was class day, therefore almost the whole class went to lunch together.
martin brought one of the spoil chair seater from the class to the air-con foodcourt in level 3.
it was a fun day, everyone were enjoying the photoshot including me

however due to the time for the shot and also my slowness i almost could not make it for the presentation slide that we need it to present it in the 3rd meeting.
this friday will be shi xin's birthday and we are celebrating it.

yesterday, me, ai yuan, ai yuan bro, shi xin and xiao qian went to ai yuan and her bro's relative house for swimming and also sauna...
it was really fun... we actually was almost getting lost as the condo was situated in the very residental area which is quite deserted from the shopping mall...
me, ai yuan and her bro went to the water where shi xin and xiao qian sat on the beaching chairs under the sun listening to music...
the level of the pool is quite low 1.2 metres... i have some swims and also having some fun with ai yuan splashing water on her brother...
the swimming facilities there were quite good, especially the baby and children pool facilities...
actually xiao qian and shi xin wanted to go to gym however wnt we reched there it was as if we have already exercise for a long time...
after the swim me and ai yuan dip into the jacuzzi and play with some strangers which is at a range of 3 to 7 years old... the little girl was damn cute in the pool... i was having fun with her until she left the jacuzzi with her brother then me and ai yuan left the jacuzzi after that...
finally we went to the sauna room...
it is really steamy but me and ai yuan were quite surprise that the pictures that we have taken in the room was quite clear...

last saturday was ting's birthday and we have fun in the arcade at compas point and ate curry-san for lunch as well...
this friday i am going to have a busy day, however i belief it will also be a fulfilling day...
and next week me, ai yuan, shi xin as well as xiao qian is meeting up to celebrate shi xin's birthday by going to have dinner together and the 4 of us is going to pay for shi xin's share...
yesterday was also my younger brother's birthday however he went to celebrate with his friend...

that day jojo brought over his gloves and equipment from boxing due to his stay at his friends for a night...
the whole class was having fun with it, especially the guys in the class...
then kai started to play hand westling with jojo and it turned out to be so fun that the whole class started recording down the scenes and the whole class was filled with laughter especially when kai was strugling in the mid of the westling and try all sorrts of ways to win and even scolded vulgarities...

yesterday me and ai yuan organized BBQ at east coast...
it was said to be very successful...
yesterday was a crazy and insane day as well...
as usual me and shi xin as well as xiao qian met up with one another before going to ai yuan's house at 12pm to set off to east coast early to book the shelter...
we were quite lucky that the rain just then started when we reached east coast...
while waiting for yu shan to reach me and ai yuan took out our taort decks and help xiao qian and shi xin with the prediction...
after helping yu shan with the prediction, all of us except xiao qian loan bicycles from the bicycle shop and started our journey on cycling...
as i got phobis for riding a two wheel single bicycle, with shi xin help i manage to cycle with shi xin on a two wheel twin bicycle, while ai yuan and yu shan each loan a two wheel single bicycle... the 4 of us started on our journey it was a crazy journey as we cycled all the way from east coast to changi beach, we passed by the airport and saw the planes flying in the air like soaring birds...
as i thought that after cycling pass changi beach we will be able to reach east coast again through one big round we then found out that it was a mistake when we cycled till the end and a security guard then told us that it is impossible to cycle a one big round...
which result that we need to u turn in order to return back to east coast... we cycled non- stop for 3 and a half hours that day...nearly 20km long...
after cycling the four of us were tired, having body aches as well as thirstly till we were nearly dehydraded...
in the mid of cycling i almost thought that ai yuan went missing because she was not on the same track as me, shi xin and yu shan do during the mid of u-turn...
we immediately started our bbq after we drank a few cups of drink after the ride...
it take us less than what lavin took at that time to start the fire... however part of the food that we have bbq were all burnt and the instant noodles were not into use...
when we were ready to pack up and go home the rain started puring again...
while waiting for ai yuan's dad[ who have helped us all the time whenever there is bbq]to pick us up we started playing with the cold water left in the ice box... pouring atone another and using the leftover ice to play... we even use the ice water to pour and sprinkled at one another as well wash our as well as washed our dirty hands and feets...
not long we were on our journey back home... everyone were tied, happy and dirty as well as smelly as all of us were having so much fun...
the pics were not to clear because i forgot to shot it with night view mode as well as i forget to take a pic on us... i think this sunday i will make sure take more clear and nice pics..
this sunday we are going to meet again for a swim and gym at ai yuan's relative condo...
i really look forward for it...

the very first time when me and AI yuan met so early for outing as we have to arrive at boon lay at 1pm to go to the army museum for a career talk...
we met at 10 plus...
went to hougang mall for the earliest lunch ever...
however we were almost late, although we managed to get onto the shutter bus on boon lay provided by the army museum...
it was funny when we found out that our names in the registration were just beside on another...
when we went there we received goodie bags and two golden village movie tickets and also discount vouchers for the food at golden village...
the talk was regarding about the benefits of joining the army as a career...
such as the amount of school fee will be paid for poly[1st yr-100%, 2nd yr-60% and 3rd yr-40%], they also provide monthly allowance which is[combat-$1000, engineer-$600 and logistics-$400], with these offers many of my friends and friend's friend signed up for army as a career after the talk except me, ai yuan and ting...
as for me and ai yuan we both think that to follow our dreams will be the best, as a result we reject the order and also that what we studied and our dreams are not suitable to be in army...
after the talk the army provided buffet before the shutter bus comes and send us back to boon lay... me and ai yuan were only being attracted by the scenery and took some photos on it...
we actually wanted to go and watch movie at jurong point after the career talk however we were disappointed that there were no interesting movies at gloden village...
however tomorrow after the practice at NIE youth i am rushing off to watch again Hana yori dango final...
can't wait for it...
just to also say about my class in semester two E35D, it is a good and nice class, everyone is a joker[funny], at times sick as well... it has been nearly 3 weeks with them however we were like a big family or brothers and sisters...
i have also know a few more friends such as martin[naked man], joseph[king-kong],joo peng, kia, boon, eunice, yiqi, fen yun, gary[movie guy], etc...

semester 2 came on the 3 september...

and my new class was in E35D... when i first know that i will be studying in E35D i started grumbling and say that why they send me to such a far place, if in future to go to my class i will have to take about 5 minutes to walk to E3 unlike i the pst where i will only take about 2 to 3 minutes to reach my classroom...

however after a week with the class i found out that it is not so bad to be i E35D, i work with most of the classmates quite well and they will all quite nice and friendly, although in future how will be E35D like but i believe that i am able to learn alot of things in that class...

today my dad just return from taiwan after a 6 days 5 night trip, i had actually wanted to go with my dad to taiwan, if not because of my lessons i will have gone...

today my dad came back with the gifts that he has bought, he bought quite a number of ginseng products which is limited in stock and will only sell it in a few years... he bought a string of beads which can be made to look like necklace and braclets...

lastly, i went out with ting again to fix her PSP, and we bought our favourite dessert ice mango however i try out a new flavour known as the passion fruit yogurt ice... delicious... i even bully the tomato man by pushing it twice[light]...

today went back to sgss to the band for the last time before my poly semester two starts...
saw delon, bernard[assistant], and si on[oppa]...
as i will be going to watch a movie which me and my friends waited for a long time, i dressed what i usually dressed when i went out with friends to movie and shopping...
but when i reach sgss all the juniors thought that i am going on a date and bernard even ask whether to me singapore's weather is really cold...
i really want to say this is how i normally dressed when i go out to watch movie and even going to shopping with friends...
hope that other people will not be misled to other thinkings...
back to the movie...

rui is so cute in the show... because at the end of the show he appear as the priest to guide domoyouji and makino to marriage and even during some parts of the show his clothes are just don't suit a rich guys dressing as it looks like a streetboy style...
in the movie there is a scene where makino thinks about the things that she have gone through with domoyouji and why she loves him which is so touching till shi xin cry...
when i saw the scene i start to wonder when will that person who will enter light into my darkness will appear...
the whole show looks so magestic, grand, posh...
scenes in hongkong, las vegas and also the southern island was so great...
the usual domoyouji was still funny with his words and also in this show domoyouji and makino reactions and how they speak to one another was just so hilarious...
after that my friends accompanied me to buy my favourite 芒果雪花冰...
i just love the taste, it was my second time eating it, i let shi xin and ting tried...
we talked about subjects such as the difference in our holiday which make us difficult to come out and have fun...
i am really happy that i still have a day left before poly reopens to do my last cleaning and arrangment...

it has been sometime since the school holiday starts...
everyday if i do not have any programmes, i will be facing the laptop for hours watching movies, videos and recap animations that i have seen in the past, or even i will do cross stitch or listen to music and read books...
i went back to sgss for the first time during this holiday period...
went to the band... it is a long time since under the baton of mr ong...
after i graduated from sgss have long waited wanting to go back to take a look...
now a few of the committees and juniors complained about that several people pontan from band...
just to say that this is usual... at that time when i am the secretary i remember about three people will like to pontan and because of these three i have to catch hold of their timing and timetable such as what time they end lesson and even what time they will be free...
speak to them and question them why they never come band...
it is the most difficult part where conductor found out that they pontan and start to scold them and even put them into k.i.v and then they feel neglect...
so i will always tell them it is better that we the committee scold them than the teachers and conductors sclding them...
just to note the person who pontan 'we are like the sports cca where practice is needed because 练习是一个运动员和音乐家不可荒废的功课'...
note that in mind and thnk about it whether am i sayng the right thing...
just to say those who still committeed to sgss an very big thankyou... because a cca does not need teachers but members , as members are always an assets to the band... bear that in mind...

tomorrow is my last day in W24A, i will definitely miss the days with some of the faci and also some of the classmates...

firstly, we went to catch a movie at suntec eng wah which is THE MUMMY:TOME OF THE DRAGON EMPEROR.

it is a great and funny movie, i especially love the part when the uncle jonathan shouted that mummies always do not play fair... which is reallly true... the o cornell family is cute and funny, comidic...

after the movie, we were on our wa to find a place to setter down at the esplanade to watch the fireworks... after long hours of searching due to the crowds at the esplanade we manage to find a shelter as well as a a place to setter down we immediately put down our bags...

after putting down our bags me, ting, ai yuan started on going to buy our dinner[kfc-takeaway]at funan IT mall...

after returning, this is a pcture to show what a mess we make...

not long, planes starts to fly pass and the crowd in the shelter started yelling... the acrobatic planes doing beautiful twisting and dancing in the air and the plane which carry the singapore flag as well... nice....

i was so sad that jia huan, sheryl, si on[god brother] as well as boss[wei hong] did not attend the barbeque held by the NIESB youth...

wei hong at the very last minute then notice her assistant jie min that he is not attending and at that time poor jie min had already reached the meeting area...

but never mind i was there with jie min although i was late[again] due to the stupid 854 jam all the way to the interchange...

after we reached there it took us an hour to walk to the pavillion[ bbq area], by the time, we were already sweating...on our way to the pit i even keep saying that why i never bring my sunglass or my cap over...

finally told a few pictures on wei jie but it seems that he was really busy as he was teaching limin chemistry at that time...

mr quek will not be worrying about whether will he be able to feed himself in future if he will not be conductor anymore... as we found out that he can even be a chef, satayman, bbq man,teacher, advisor and even a musician... because he cooks so well during the bbq feast ... the meat that he cook was quite delicious and the best thing is that it was not burnt... there was a picture that mr quek pose for, after taking his photo mr quek say that i will need to pay him $2.50[50% discount] if i print the photo. but i reply him that dun worry because i will not be printing it as i am very environmental friendly...

the barbeque was quite nice even though i got home early and did not join them for the game...

it is also the first time i know that actually we can cook without having a bbq ppt as we make a pit out of aluminium... which looks really interesting...

i think i can try that in future...

we were quite shocked that the botanic gardens changed alot... but it was expected as nowadays technoloy is so advance...

we took about an hour to get there and we walk around 3/4 of the botanic garden from 3pm to 6pm...

we went to the shaw symphony foundation pond stage to listen to a chinese orchestra playing but the orchestra kept stop in the midway as well as that the players was not following the conductor as the conductor was conducting 1/4 times faster than the players...

when we were at the field listening to the orchestra we saw babies running around the field .... CUTE N FUNNY N THE WAY THEY WALK...

the first ever singapore international band festival that i have participated

i will keep this tag as the first memorance to the first SIBF that i participated...

the picture of zeon, wei hong[boss] and his assistance[jiemin], btw it looks like the CEO is reading a certain report that his assistant pass to him... haha...
too bad no pictures of god brother because he don't want to take picture...

today i rushed to RP early in the morning for my 4th understanding test for enterprise module...

then after the test i had to rush to NIE and never turn up for leson after that...

it is all because i went to participate in the singapore international band festival[SIBF]...

when i reached NIE after my test, to set off with the band to go back to TRCC...

in TRCC, we started tuning at around 12 plus, to my surprise in the tuning room we suddenly sound surprisingly nice...

when we enter the hall, then we found out that the sitting arrangement was all changed but we were not bothered and continue.

when we started performing, it sounds good, but when i was playing the second piece with the band, i notice that i may not producing any sound as there seems to have no vibration of my flute, i was worried, but at the end of the second piece the vibration sensation of my flute was back again...

after that was the last piece, sinfonia, i suddenly played wrong note but i immediately stop when i felt it and join in when i feel right...

jia huan say it was loud when i sit beside her, i hope that that wrong note was not send to the adjudicators, because i heard that they were strict and the standard was high as it is in international level, which means a COP is equivilent to SYF bronze... and mr quek predict that the best result we get will be a bronze[which is a standard of a silver in SYF]...

i was depressed for a few seconds, but was alright after that because i know that what happened cannot be done again...

after the performance, the gang of,me, jia huan, sheryl, si on[god brother], jie min and also zeon[wei hong] went to buy some food as we feel hungry...

after that we went back to the theatre...

starting of the performance by the RPWS after the intervals... shawn started sleeping, snoring throughout the whole performance, it was so funny and he was actually totally shock till he awake when the last band of the division 1 playing as a sudden rumble from the band totally shake him of from his dreams...

after watching the division 1 we left, TRCC and went back to NIE...

now i finally know that how strong the baritone saxaphone player is[macho] as when i was helping out in bringing the instrument back to NIE i was actually struggling in carrying the case with instrument in it...

after that we went home however some stayed at TRCC to watch the open division one...

i waited for the result till 10 plus, and guess what...

it was expected by mr quek that the band got bronze...

which is a good start...

now i am sleepy... tired today's programme...

tomorrow i still need to attend a concert a ACS barker road...

recently i have a shortage of things that i want to post because of the singapore international band festival, studies as well as also my schedule for next week which is fully packed...

singapore international band festival is 4 days away and i think that as the day draws near is also means that i have to practice much more much more harder but as usual use my own techniques to practice the piece [which was to memorze and remember how the song sounds like]...

i have actually memorize sinfonia [mostly done except the melodic part whereby the whole tempo become slower]... anchors aweigh [i am done with memorizing the part where there is running notes... loch lomond[i memrize what does the sustain note sounds like-so that i will at least produce a balance pitch]...

i know there is more to go...

yesterday during lunch there is lots of funny things happen in NIESB[YOUTH]... jia huan played with unfinished food and create a lady made of food, zul the double bass player showed hs strength by cracking the can into two[wow!]...(picyures are shown on top) and also sofian eating a banana which i laughed like mad because it looks like banana in pyjamas eating banana...haha...

next week my schedule are fully packed...

firstly, i got test on the 22july[cognitive] after test i got lessons and after presentations i have to rush off to NIESB youth for the final rehersal for the singapore international band festival...

secondly, on the 24 of july i got test in the morning and the test is upon enterprise[which is recently getting harder]... then after the test i have to rush of to boon lay to have tuning, pitching and going through the pieces for the singapore international band festival before we left to TRCC[sigh..back to RP again;to and fro]...what a hectic and busy day...

thirdly, on the 25 of july, i had to attend an adventure learning lesson after the lessons for the day but it seems to me that it ends at 9 pm but i got a concert admission to go to which is at newton[ a concert held by the ACS- barker road] now i am still in dillema whether i am going for the adventure learning to grab CE points or to go to the concert to see the legendary movement symphonic band[gold-of-honor-band] perform... if i go to the adventure learning i will miss my only opportunity to see them perform, if i miss my adventure learning i will need to use other ways to get my CE points...

ahhh... maybe i'll see first... let time decide everything lor... no choice...

i watch korean drama [three dads one mom] conclusion -quite a funny show...

after watching i agree t this phrase alot and thinks that having children will think that it is a gift... but i would not want to have children so soon although i dreamt before in my dreams with my future husband[images are very blurr-can't see my future hubby face]

great outing with NIE youth

yesterday i went out with the NIE youth band to watch rehearsal NDP fireworks at the esplanade[durian shell]...

it was an interesting and fun trip with them...

in this trip, i actually played with Wei jie, xing hua[that guy which i say that i am not so familiar with, now i am familiar with] and also yu fong...

i become wei jie and his 1st gay partner xing hua's ka ti[subordinate]...

we have lots of fun...

i even taught yu fong different ways of tickling other people...

i laughed when i Saw those person who has been tickled...

i joined in too... HA HA

although the fireworks was not more than 10 mins but i was so clear and when we looked at it in our sitting area it look as if it is exploding above our heads...

last Saturday was my turn to sleepover at AI yuan's house...
the sleepover was great...
but before that i went to NIE for practice...
the professor ho was indeed a person who is very good in conducting...
he has special conducting techniques...
he has special way of communicating...
my korkor laughed all the way when he was conducting...
when he showed korkor how to insert his reed properly, i was shocked and i remember the whole band laughed... 哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈哈...
after that we left boon lay...
i accompanied my korkor to take bus...
on our way we talked about lots of things...
he asked why i would want him to be my korkor...
i think that at that time i have only simple answers which is not really exact...
therefore i will answer again this time...
1st-i want to have akin who can be by my side to support me even we don't have any DNA relation...
2ND-he is the person that i can trust and i believe he will never ever betray me...
3rd-without him i will still be a lonely and helpless person

when i was sleeping i don't know that my mum is actually calling my phone..
i only know it when i reached home in the night the next day...
never mind the case is solved...

when we were closing our eyes waiting to dozed off, we talked about what my brother told me about humble...

the next thing i know after the conversation was that i was fast asleep...

the next day, AI yuan then told me that i was talking in the middle of my sleep and i looked confused...
i just only remember that i have another foggy and blur dreams...
after that i hope that this dream will not come true as most of the time the dreams were true same as the one i dreamt on Mrs john and one of my relative who was dead lying in the coffin...

breakfast on Sunday was two half-boiled egg , a toast and kopi-milk...
delicious...

AI yuan and i started planning on going to swim at toa payoh but a sudden rain changed our plan to go to swim at the condo again instead..
i don't know why i was feeling cold that time even though i have a high tolerance in the pool...
AI yuan said that i was going to have a flu...
after coming up from the pool, we sit at the bench, i asked AI yuan a question, imagine what we will be in five years time...
AI yuan answered that we will still be best best friends because we live so near... i was so touched when i heard this answer because it is the same as me... i was really glad and have feelings that even words and actions cannot be describe...
after that we went to the hougang point to buy salad ingredients, chips,sweets,chocolate and herbal tea...

the salad taste great i love it, i finish the whole bowl of salad within a few minutes...

next we watched a touching, funny animation on ghost, skating , and romance...

next, continue anime..
in the end, dinner and home...
a tired and happy Sunday i have...

i was happy to have AI yuan as my very very understanding best friend, pal and like a family member...

when i saw the problem statement for today's module i really hope that it can happen to me...

today's problem is [[WHO AM I?& IMAGINE YOU WAKE UP IN THE MORNING AND LOST YOUR MEMORY? WHAT WILL YOU DO?]]...

my first answer to my group mates are i have never lost my memory before how would i know???

next my answer to them is i hope that i can lost my memory...

because who will want to remember how your closest people in your live betray you and used you as a tool...

i kept thinking...

if one day i really lost my memory, i don't want to remember how i found out that the person closest to me betray me and hurt me...

as i have been chosen to close myself in a dark room at times, hoping that no one wll find me, so that i will not get hurt again...

i always want to prove myself...

although at times i succeed but in the end i will ask myself why i must go this far and get hurt at times...

i just can end the emotional hurt in myself...

it has become a great big scar...

therefore, i always tell the others that i am escaping from the scar at times... although i know that i could not escape from it forever...

it hurts me but i hope that it will remind me...

i admit that i was a person that i don't know what to do in my later lifes but once i was triggered by music and i was fasinated by the symphonic band...

i started to pursue these dreams...

in the past i am living in delimma...

when i was young i was helpless...

when i grew older in a few years i start to know how to protect myself...

when i reached my stage as a teenage i start to know that the only way of protecting myself is to wear mask and close up myself at times...

but i believe that one day someone will help me open all my windows allowing light in and also bring me away and fly towards the place where there is no darkness and a place with all doors and windows but a place without any doors, windows and darkness...

to me that is the palace of purity and light...

sleepover is a success

the saturday sleepover at my house was a success...

ai yuan and i have alot of fun...

we were snapping photos, talking till late at night...

saying about the past where lots of good and bad memories happened...

we even discussed about some personal issues...

i am glad that in this sleepover our friendship bonds become stronger...

although the whole of the 2 day 1 night was silence can be enjoyed as a bliss and the night was fantastic...

it was not only fun, laughters but also a building a stronger bonds between one another...

as you can see in the first photo for the bedroom, this are the beds that we have arranged before we went to bed but sad to say that i did not take a photo in the day when we woke up...

the second photo is a phot where to of us were using our eyes to freak people, as if telling others that if you still continue to looking here, you will not remember how you die!!!

it the photo was very fierce...

next is the photo where i want to shot a person on the front of the scren and behind her is only a head and a leg...

with this photo i even ask shi xin my good friend cum classmate , please take a look at the picture and asked yourself where is the body...

the last photo is my godbrother with my assistant bernard, taken during the day when i stepdown from sgss symphonic band... i wonder how is bernard my assistant doing nowadays(heard that he is studying in clementi ITE)

today when i was boarding the train i suddenly notice our national flag is hanged almost n all apartments and this is when i notice that my dad's birthday is coming(07/08/1961), my godbrother's birthday is coming(12/07/1989), and lastly my mum's birthday(17/07/1958) but my mum and dad would definitely not want to celebrate their birthday because they think that it is just only a birthday what is the use of celebrating it...

i suddenly think that what should i give to my godbrother as his birthday present and suddenly think that last year the present i gave was dumb and stupid, this year i ntend to give him a better present...

finally, the NIE practise for last week was fun and interesting the tutor was funny and it really helped me alot... when i look at her i tell myself that i must set her as my goals because the way she teach us i think that it make fell that i should set her as my goals and admire her.. i want to be like her, making music into a fun and interesting topic and make those who is under my hands of teaching in music to learn music in a fun and nteresting way and not a dull and longwinded practice... with this tutor around i am willing to stay and practise as long as possible with her around...

countdowning to singapore international band festival which is on the 24 of july is only left 23 days and 4 more practiced...

education cannot be used to earn money

yesterday i helped my neigbour's daughter with her maths problems and gave her tuition...
after giving her tuition i received $10 from her mum...
but in actual i didn't intend to collect money from her or take her money...
because i think that education is something that should be used to earn money...
i think that education is something that can't be bought using money...
it is the same as knowledge...
therefore, i told my neighbour that next time when i gave her children tuition i don't expect any money from them but i expect her children will be able to get a good result based on the knowledge and teachings that i pass it to them...
i am excited, happy as well as unpatient because tomorrow is a day where ai yuan my best friend is having a sleepover at my house for a night or two...
i kept thinking that how to spend the days in my house together with my friend...
ahhhhhh..... think till brain cracking.... never mind... just look forward tommorow...
yesterday i heard from my godbrother that this following sat the NIE youth band is holding a gathering but i think that either i am bringing ai yuan over togethre since she is sleeping over in my house or i will either go with the NIE youth band next time...
i also had thought of other things such as is there a complete change in me so on...
after that i found out that i still could not fully shake away the past therefore i cannot fully have a new transformation...
recently, i am back to the point where i start thinking thati am still living in the past, the old me again...
although lots of things have changed but i think that it has not really changed and transform me...
although i am moving in pace but my heart seems to be slowing me back...
now the only thing i can do is to use my past as part of my life story...

i finally got the letter from NIE, the letter for"request for the leave of absence from school" letter.

after receiving it i was more determined in moving towards my goal and dream as well as the day i'm going to performed for the first time with the NIE band[youth]

the day for the singapore international band festival(SIBF) where my first performance with the NIE [youth] will be held on the 24 of july, meaning that i can skip school for a day to enjoy music.

the NIE[youth is in the 1st division group.

the time to assemble in NIE is at 1000hrs

the reporting time at the republic culture centre is at 1225hrs

the performance time is at 1325hrs

i got a feeling that i will lose out because before us was the raffles' girls symphonic band and after us was the raffles institute military band.

both raffles!!!

but i was certain that under mr kuek guidance we will definitely get good result...

jia huan said that it was quite unbelievable and ridiculous to her because we just joined NIE and we are being included to perform in the singapore international band festival with the NIE[youth]

therefore!!!!!!!!!!!!!

school reopen

this is the pictures i took for NIESB[Youth] and for the flute session...

let me introduce to you one by one...

firstly from the right ladies are=jia huan,jie min,yee min, ivy and lastly me and the guys from the right is forgot the name[will edit once i know him better] and wei jie[the funny one]...

it has been almost a week...

since i last blog...

many things happen during holidays...

i watched a new taiwan drama series...

i went to NIE practices...

i got back my stolen wallet...

i think the mosy of the time i was practicing my flute, watching videos and sleeping...

i slept alot...

almost every day during the holiday i slept till noon...

happy to say that this is my first few photos for NIESB [youth]...

hope that there is more to come so can show you all...

i kept practicing for sinfnia nobilissima,loch lomond and anchors aweigh...

althought there is a slow improvement but i am glad that i still hve improvements and glad that actually i can work more...

mr kuek startled me during one of the practices as i was curious and like to try and practice new parts i took the 1st flute and piccolo part and play the solo part but i was not aware that actually went i was playing the solo mr kuek was just standing behind me... everyone started to kept quiet and this is when i felt that someone was behind me, turning around i was shocked to see mr kuek... but he did give comments that i need to put in more feelings to the song... to make the solo more outstanding... therefore i was improving on that now...

my wallet is finally found by the security guard in poly...

but all my money lost...

one of my relative pass away...

today is the last day of the wake but i can't attend because i decided to go to band...

my dad also tell me to go to band...

because he know that it is important to me...

i have practice the piece"sinfonia"..

i still have a long way to go...

knowing that i will never give up...

i will prove it to other people and thank mr quek for recruiting me although i'm not a good player...

hope that i'll be able to blend in more during my third practice...

now i'm going to bath and attend the practice for the week for NIE youth...

hope that my effort will trash the RPWS...

emily's wallet lost and found[wanted]

yesterday i lost my wallet...

i was dissappointed in myself...

i wanted to stay back in school to search...

but everyone hold me back...

because it is invain...

i lost my emily wallet with my identification card, my e-z link card, POSB ATM card as well as $20 of cash...

heart pain... PA!PA!PA!...

thankx for yu shan who lend me money to go back home and accompanied me to report the issue although she lives at bedok and mumtaz who helped me to contact those in class who have see my wallet although non say they saw it...

i cried when i was on my way to ai yuan's house...

all the holiday planning may need to be change...

after the police and security guards deduction it was that my wallet got stolen in the lift...

i went to the police station[accompanied by ai yuan-sleepy[thankx for her accompany]] to the hougang neighbourhood police headquaters to make at report at 11pm...

the police was quite humorous...

he asked me which year i'm in, in chinese, and i say 1991. in actual he was asking me which year am i in RP... hahaha...

next he asked me how long have i been staying at hougang distrinct and i say since primary 2 and his answer was"i dun wan to do maths, dun tell me to do maths" funny!

ai yuan who was going t fell asleep laugh and i also laugh and i feel like asking" why you dun wan to do maths isit your maths FAIL" ai yuan stopped me...

it took me almost an hour for a police report and this is what he typed upon me...

"on 30/05/2008 at about 1635 hrs, i had last seen my wallet in my sling bag as i placed an accessory into my bag wallet. my wallet was placed in one of the pockets of my sling bag and it was sercured.

on the same day at about 1650hrs, when i was about to pay for my tibits, i realized that my wallet was not in my sling bag. i have made a search but no avail.

during the short span of 15 mins, i took one of the lifts in my school and was about to go home. while in the lift, there was a big group of students in it and inn it was very squeezy as everyone was rushingg for home.

i wish to nform that i have no suspect in mind. i am lodging this report to replace the stolen items.

this morning i wke up at 10.30am as i returned home and finished my reflection journal at 2am...

i knew that i was late for band and without money as well as an e-z link card it was difficult for me to travel around...

therefore i request my little brother for his e-z link card and 10 dollars from my mom for my meals and other emergency use...

i left the house very late therefore i told si on and the rest not to wait for me i'll travel to NIE by myself...

guess what...

i made it without anyone's help...

today practice made me see the improvement i made for this week's practice...

i brought back the old flute to practice...

after kowning that i'm included for the upcoming cmpetitin and festival i was happy and glad...

RPWS was also in the same interval[1st]...

which means i will see the RPWS members who had interviewed me in the past...

today was almost great although my wallet is gone , feeling ok because i was totally surrounded by music today...

got to go and watch anime and practice the flute...

look forward for tomorrow's planning which was to create another blog about another x-family story which we have created...

tomorrow is NIE practice...
planning of vacation starts today...

i joined the NIE youth band....

i was recommended by my godbrother...

i know the conductor of the youth band as he was one of my school instructor for band...

i was excited and nervous on sat...[the day for the practice]

the place was big...

it was in one of the school in NTU...

i know more friends...

who has the same burning passion in music..

glad to know that everyone there is quite sweet...

happy to know that mr kuek was the conductor of the band...

glad that jia huan, sheryl and si on joined the band too...

happy that i have leonard[saxaphone],jiemin[flute],yu fong[tuba]...

hope to have more friends...

hope to play better...

hope to be able to finish conqering all obstacles of the music pieces[loch lomnd, sinfonia nobilissima, an...]

wished for the better and better everytime i play the pieces...

dreamed of buying a personal flute which is good and i can use it till i'm feeble and old...

sad and disappointed but i never going to give up

want to know the result of the audition?

terrible,horrible.......... i was out/rejected.

i was depressed the whole day after receiving the e-mail that i was not chosen.

actually i receive the result two weeks ago but i decide to write it on my board because i finally let that issue go. although it was hard to accept but I'll accept it.

i told my god brother about the result and how disappointed i was, but i told him that I'll never give up music because of this reason.

after that, my god brother encourage me and tell me to join the NIE band.

i was trilled upon hearing that i can join the NIE band.(",)(=p)(=o)(=ε)(=ϡ)(=B)

then my god brother keep on saying♫♫nie♫♫nie♫♫nie♫♫nie♫♫

i was so happy that i can finally continue my dreams and my passion in music which lighten my life everyday.

after knowing that i can join NIE i was told to go with my god brother,jia huan-Chan[who encourage me to go as well] and Sheryl-Chan[classmate and band mate for 3 years], this Saturday to NIE further information will be given to me later in the day.

i was also told that the piece was quite hard but I'm not going to give up.

i promise once i was in NIE i am not going t quit till my dreams and goals come true.

after hearing the news that i can go to NIE i started telling AI yuan-Chan, asking her to join in the NIE , actually she was once in band but she left the band due to some problems. she is a really good percussionist[good rhythm].

but in the end i was only told that she was able to go with me on next Saturday.

i ask her to join in because she had the passion and same as me to her 'music is her life'

lastly, these photos is taken on 19 may [vesak day] when AI yuan-Chan and i were on our way home.
