i will keep this tag as the first memorance to the first SIBF that i participated...
the photo of the four ladies, me, jiemin,jia huan and sheryl...",

sorry to xin hua that i took photo of you sleeping but you look funny what... LOL
the picture of zeon, wei hong[boss] and his assistance[jiemin], btw it looks like the CEO is reading a certain report that his assistant pass to him... haha...
too bad no pictures of god brother because he don't want to take picture...
today i rushed to RP early in the morning for my 4th understanding test for enterprise module...

then after the test i had to rush to NIE and never turn up for leson after that...

it is all because i went to participate in the singapore international band festival[SIBF]...

when i reached NIE after my test, to set off with the band to go back to TRCC...

in TRCC, we started tuning at around 12 plus, to my surprise in the tuning room we suddenly sound surprisingly nice...

when we enter the hall, then we found out that the sitting arrangement was all changed but we were not bothered and continue.

when we started performing, it sounds good, but when i was playing the second piece with the band, i notice that i may not producing any sound as there seems to have no vibration of my flute, i was worried, but at the end of the second piece the vibration sensation of my flute was back again...

after that was the last piece, sinfonia, i suddenly played wrong note but i immediately stop when i felt it and join in when i feel right...

jia huan say it was loud when i sit beside her, i hope that that wrong note was not send to the adjudicators, because i heard that they were strict and the standard was high as it is in international level, which means a COP is equivilent to SYF bronze... and mr quek predict that the best result we get will be a bronze[which is a standard of a silver in SYF]...

i was depressed for a few seconds, but was alright after that because i know that what happened cannot be done again...

after the performance, the gang of,me, jia huan, sheryl, si on[god brother], jie min and also zeon[wei hong] went to buy some food as we feel hungry...

after that we went back to the theatre...

starting of the performance by the RPWS after the intervals... shawn started sleeping, snoring throughout the whole performance, it was so funny and he was actually totally shock till he awake when the last band of the division 1 playing as a sudden rumble from the band totally shake him of from his dreams...

after watching the division 1 we left, TRCC and went back to NIE...

now i finally know that how strong the baritone saxaphone player is[macho] as when i was helping out in bringing the instrument back to NIE i was actually struggling in carrying the case with instrument in it...

after that we went home however some stayed at TRCC to watch the open division one...

i waited for the result till 10 plus, and guess what...

it was expected by mr quek that the band got bronze...

which is a good start...

now i am sleepy... tired today's programme...

tomorrow i still need to attend a concert a ACS barker road...
