i went to work with xiao tian[xiao qian twin sis] in York's holiday during holidays as well as in weekends to earn extra bucks for my new year clothes as well as new year accessories...
i feel that working in the York's hotel with different post is really different...
as i work as a server in the penang buffet, everyone there was nice, helpful and hardworking, i even have snacks make by the hawker there...[delicious] especially is the rojak with have full of water chestnut requested by me...
i also work for another post which is the banquet server, it was so different from the buffet, the manager was strict and very fierce. the most important thing is that i met a very difficult to dealt with customer. i was serving at the corner of the banquet and at that few tables the customers were the most difficult to serve.
one of the customer say that he wanted wine[the whole bottle] but the manger said that we cannot put the whole bottle of wine on the table, and the customers there was quite demanding, they can drink coke, 7 up, Chinese tea,red wine, white wine and beer per person...
not only that when the food was serve to them they did not even touch it at all, and when we were ready to serve the next dish we asked them whether they want to clear the present dish as the new one is coming up and they say no, most importantly is that after nearly 30 Min's the dish which was serve long ago was still not eaten and they still don't want to clear, and when they want to clear the food were cold and when it was carried into the kitchen all the workers there was surprise upon seeing the food left, because of this the manager thought that we don't want to clear away the food, then he don't believe that the customers don't let us clear the food and stand by our side to observe us, and when he found out the truth, he go away. then when the customer who keep wanting wine bottle on his table found out that it was the manager said no to him, he become very pervert and put his hands on my shoulder and immediately walk away...
that was my bad experience in York's, hope that in future when i serve i will not see those customers in future...
yesterday went to snow city and science centre with ai yuan to celebrate our birthday...
first me and AI yuan went to amk to eat the teppayaki there it cost us $8.20 each, then we travel our way to science centre and snow city, first to science centre, we had take some photos and also explore the exhibits there, quite fun. then we go to snow city, the place there was -5 to -9 degree Celsius...
it was fun when coming to sliding and snow bomb but i think that the place was still considered to be too small...
happy birthday to yan wei, sora and me... i am happy to say that we are the january babies...
